Agent, performed the inspection, and the inspection indicated that four of the 22 violations were addressed. <br /> None of the Section 750 violations were corrected, which are the more critical violations. The owner left the <br /> scheduling of the inspection and the repair of the violations up to the tenants. Some items were purchased and <br /> left for the tenants to install. Smoke detectors were purchased, but no carbon monoxide detectors. The <br /> absence of carbon monoxide detectors is one of the violations. <br /> Mr. Harrington remarked that the last meeting was continued to see the condition of the home and the <br /> progress on the correction of the violations. No request or information has been provided. There is no reason <br /> to modify the order at this paint. The fines can be reaffirmed, as they are still accruing, until the violations are <br /> abated. A condemnation can be issued,r or issue a complaint in court to collect the fires. The owner has made <br /> no contact with the Health Department since the last meeting and is still in non--compliance. <br /> Mallory Langler made a motion that the Board of Health reaffirm the fines that have been issued to the <br /> homeowner of 133 Quinaquisset Avenue. In addition, a condemnation hearing will be held on August 24, 2017. <br /> Laurel Almquist seconded the motion.
