Three variances-are requested} two of which are property line and one to <br /> mean high water. Five feet to groundwater is provided, and there are no septic systems within ten feet-of the <br /> proposed Boil Absorption System. The septic system-has a proposed capacity of two bedrooms. Therefore, a <br /> deed restriction is required. <br /> Jeff Ryther of BSS Design, representing 39 Wilsons Grove, introduced himself to the Board. <br /> Mr. Ryther stated that the system at 39 Wilsons Grove has failed and that an upgrade is proposed. Mr. Ryther <br /> is requesting 3 variances. <br /> Brian Baumgaertel questioned the outdoor shower and whether a 40 rail liner is required to mitigate the crawl <br /> space variance if a new dwelling is constructed. <br /> Laurel Almquist Hynde a motion that the Board of Health approve the septic design plan and requested <br /> variances for 9'Wilson Grove with the condition that a deed restriction be recorded at the Registry of Deeds <br /> restricting the dwelling to two bedrooms. Brian Baumgaertel seconded the motion. The motion was <br /> unanimously approved. <br /> 7:20 P —show Cause— Dousing code violations--62 Musket Lane. <br /> Glen Harrington commented that Doth the First Class l'Illail and certified Flail letters were returned. Therefore, <br /> no legal notice tools place. The letter will be resent to another more current address for the f ovemher. oa <br /> 2017, meeting. <br /> 7:26 PM — Nitrogen Aggregation Loading Plan Request—6 Beach Road. <br /> Glen Harrington..stated that the-proposal submitted includes the.-approval of the Nitrogen, gregation Plan-and <br /> the Disposal Works construction Permit for 6 Beach Road. The property exists as a 7,600 square foot parcel, <br /> and the Nitrogen Aggregation Plan proposes to add credit land of 22,400 square feet for an aggregate total of <br /> 0,000 square feet. The existing dwelling is proposed to be razed with the construction of a three bedroom <br /> home. The Nitrogen Aggregation Plan proposes to use open space from the Childs Rimer East subdivision, and <br /> the credit land has been surveyed and drawn as Area H on Appendix B of the credit land submittal. <br /> Mr. Harrington had two comments on the septic design plan: <br /> 1 <br />
