1 <br /> Laurel Almquist made a motion that the Board of Health amend the previous motion for the discussion to take <br /> place at the next Board of Health meeting scheduled on November 30, 2017. Brian Baumgaertel seconded the <br /> motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> . review of Fines for compliance of occupancy List violation: Lakeside Estates. <br /> Glen Harrington commented that he informed Attorney Brian Wall that discussion would take place to review <br /> the fines for compliance of the occupancy list violation at Lakeside Estates at this Board of Health meeting. At <br /> a previous meeting the Board.voted to give Lakeside Estates the opportunity to pair a lesser amount. The fines <br /> were not paid; therefore: Mr. Harrington recommended that the original fine be levied. <br /> Laurel Almquist made a motion that the Board of Health raise the fines for Lakeside Estates back to the <br /> I <br /> original amount of$11,400 and forward the violation to Town Counsel. Brian Baumgaertel seconded the <br /> motion. The motion was unanimously approved. - <br /> 3. Review of Fines: 593 Main Street. <br /> Glen Harrington stated that fines were issued on a nuisance basis for 593 Main Street. Fines were issued rack <br /> in'August 2017, for failure to abate a nuisance that was confirmed by the Mashpee Fire Department on three <br /> occasions. Four total violations were identified at 500 per violation. The owner received the notices of the <br /> fines via First Mass Mail and hand-delivery. To date, no fines have been paid. Mr. Harrington is requesting the <br /> Board.to forward the complaint of 593 Main Street to Town counsel. <br /> r <br /> Laurel Almquist made a motion that the Board of Health forward 593 Main Street to Town Counsel for issuance <br /> of a complaint in court. Brian Baumgaertel seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> None. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> 1. Seasonal Flu clinic: November 13, 2017. <br /> Glen Harrington remarked that the next and last seasonal flu clinic will take place on Monday, November 13, <br /> 017} from :00 to :00 PM, at Christ the Ding Parish Hall. All are welcome. <br /> NEXT MEETING <br /> The next meeting of the Board of Health is scheduled for Thursday, November 30, 2017, at 7:00 PSI. As there <br /> was no further business, Laurel Almquist made,a motion to adjourn the Public Session Meeting of the Board of <br /> Health at 7.3O PM. Brian Baumgaertel seconded the motion.
