Also Present: <br /> John Cahalane Gail Wilson- <br /> Lynne Waterman <br /> Ebony Steele <br /> Frank Fantasia <br /> Lynne Barbee <br /> Veronica 'warden <br /> Absent: Diary Bradbury <br /> Chairman John Cahalane opened the meeting at :00 p.m. <br /> Motion: Lynne Waterman moved to approve the minutes of July 20, 2017, seconded <br /> by Lynne Barbee. Vote unanimous 6,0 <br /> Public Comment—None <br /> New Business <br /> Guest Presenter—Deborah McKie, Director, Fairwi nd <br /> The Director noted the presenter, Deborah McKie, Director, Fair inn was unable to <br /> attend. <br /> Discussion of Human Services Contract Funding <br /> Ebony Steele stated she would like to discuss the 201812019 contracts, She was <br /> concerned whether or not some of the contracts serviced Mashpee residents. <br /> She had several questions regarding the process. The Director stated all of the contracts <br /> service Mashpcc residents and are due this week along with their data and will then go to <br /> the committee for review. Lynne Waterman stated in 2014 a subcommittee was formed <br /> and they came up with criteria for funding Hun-lan Services Contracts which were not <br /> adopted. She distributed the list of the criteria. The Chair asked that the review of the <br /> contracts and the adoption of a policy he added to the agenda next month., Lynne <br /> Waterman referenced some meetings where there are notes on the criteria, Ther embers :. <br /> agreed that they need to look at the contracts on a regular basis. <br />
