Mr. <br /> Cummings seconded the motion. 3 yes, I abstain <br /> LEAF OF COVENANT <br /> Release of Road Covenant on 35 Fox dill Road in exchange for cash performance guarantee <br /> ($22,500 security amount approved 12/21/16) <br /> M-. Fudala confirmed that work had been completed and a cost estimate submitted totaling $4,300, <br /> Mr. l owley's 211117 letter regarding construction security for a portion of Silver Leaf Lane <br /> recommended an amount of$7,500 be posted prior to releasing the lot to complete the necessary work <br /> for 50 feet of the road. Mr. Fudala confirmed that Mr. Bevilac ua had delivered a check for the <br /> amount recommended. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balza rini made a motion to sign the Covenant Release with an approved total <br /> securityamount of 7, 00 being posted for Mir. Rowley's recommendation. Mr. Cummings <br /> seconded the motion.
