The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES—larch 15., 2017 <br /> MOTION:: lr. Balzateini made a motion to accept the minutes as written with the <br /> amended list of documents added to it for March 15. lr. n rnrnin gs seconded the motion, <br /> All voted unanimously. <br /> PUBLIC ARING <br /> 7:tO Applicant: DPF Mashpee, LLC <br /> Location: SouthCape village, Building B,Assessors' Map 81, Bloch 4 <br /> Request: Approval of Special Permit lodilleation to tear down and replace <br /> Building B with a larger single-store building, redesign Joy Street and add <br /> parking lot between South Street and Route 28 <br /> The public hearing notice was read for the record. A request had been received from the project <br /> proponent's attorney to continue the hearing to May 3. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini mage a motion to continue the public hearing to May 3 at 7:10 <br /> p.mt fir. Cummings seconded the notion. All voted unanimously, <br /> APPROVAL NOT RE QLD PLAN <br /> Applicant: Marcus Barrow <br /> Location: 23 Pimlico Pond Road,Assessors' lap 3,Bloch 7 <br /> Request; Signature of 3 lot division ANR <br /> M% Kooharian read the request for the record. Land surveyor, Rob Sykes, represented the <br /> applicant. Mr. Byres referenced a prepared division plan for land off of Pimlico Pond and Cotult <br /> Roads. The parcel featured lots of land and easy shape factors but laded the necessary frontage. <br /> Mr. Sykes described the history of the parcel to include the county layout of Sandwich and <br /> otuit Roads. Mr. Sykes stated that there was no record of the road being laid out in Mashpee. <br /> Mr. Pudala noted.that Mashpee was not a town.until 1870, and at the time of the Sandwich <br /> layout in 1866 was an Indian District. A new road, Cotuit Road,was laid out on top of the old <br /> layout in the 1960s, except that it filled a kettle dole. Mme, Sykes inquired whether the right o <br /> 1 <br />
