APPROVAL OF MINUTES—June 21, 2017 MOTION: Mr. Balza rin i made a motion to accept the Jun a 21 min utes as written, Mr. Cummings seconded the motion. All voted unanimously., NEW BUSINESS Mashpee Commons Zoning and Plans-The Chair reported that she had invited Mashpee Commons to discuss their master plan and recommended changes to the zoning bylaw, Mashpee Commons had previously expressed interest in meeting individually with Planning Board members but it was confirmed with the State that it could he a violation of the Open Meeting Law, The Chair recently net Buff Chase, of Mashpee Commons, at the One Cape meeting and indicated that she would be sending a.letter to invite Mashpee Commons to attend a future meeting. Mashpee Commons has since been in touch with hath.Mr. Fudala and Chairman Wa gan. The Chair read into the record a text received from. Tony Simon, Public Relations Representative ofMa.shpee Commons.
