MINUTES—JUNE 21,2018 <br /> MASHPEE BOARD OF SEWER COMMISSIONERS <br /> OCKWAY MEETING ROOM, MASHPEE TOWN HALL 7:00 P.M. <br /> Present: Tom Fudala,Joseph Lyons,Bradford Pittslcy, Thomas Burns <br /> Chairman Tom Fudala opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Approval of Minutes —November 16,2017 - hold, as they have not been transcribed. <br /> Status of Final Plan: <br /> Have CCC 208 Plan Consistency Letters for Phases 1 & 2 of Watershed Nitrogen <br /> Management Plan. DRI Review of remainder of Plan waiting until new 208 Plan <br /> Consistency Review procedure adopted. <br /> The Chair stated he talked to Erin Perry and they have been doing a staff review and don't think <br /> a meeting is necessary. <br /> Status of Other Tasks: <br /> Watershed-Based Permit for Waquoit Bay: first IMA meeting with Falmouth and <br /> Sandwich scheduled for June 26. Chair Fudala has been appointed to Mashpee negotiation <br /> team. <br /> Voucher Approval <br /> The Chair stated he wanted to get a vote to authorize to spend $185 to renew our membership in <br /> the Water Environment Foundation membership. <br /> Motion: Mr. Burns moved to authorize the payment of$185 to renew our membership in <br /> the Water Environment Foundation membership. Seconded by Mr. Lyons. Vote <br /> unanimous <br /> Intermunicipal Issues: <br /> IMAs with adjacent towns —Popponesset Bay: IMA with Barnstable and Sandwich signed <br /> 12/17 <br /> The Chair said Falmouth, Mashpee and Sandwich are scheduled to meet on June 26. He said he <br /> has been appointed to the Mashpee negotiation team. <br /> Jeff Gregg, GHD, stated he sent an email to Mashpee Town Manager stating Falmouth has asked <br /> him possibly to be involved with them and he wanted to make sure there is no conflict of <br /> interest. He said he hasn't heard anything back from the Mashpee Town Manager. He basically <br /> gave him a heads up that Falmouth is talking to GHD. <br />
