Cavossa will have <br /> his consultant re port back to the Chair and the Board on all issues. <br /> Mr. Jack noted that any significant changes to truck traffic at the site could trigger review by the <br /> Cape Cod Commission, Mr. Goddard stated that annual reports would need to be generated b <br /> avossa and forwarded to the Board. <br /> Discuss receipt of payments by UCRTS Board <br /> Regarding arding payment, Mr. Cavossa offered to provide a check for the first month. The Chair <br /> clarified that payments would be made to Town of Falmouth, with the base fee being paid a <br /> month in advance and tonnage fes paid for the prior month. Mr, Jack recommended forwarding <br /> a schedule of payments, Payment was made for one and a half months. <br /> Mr. Goddard inquired whether Green Seat Environmental would be providing Pparty <br /> inspections and Mr. Cavossa confirmed that they would. <br /> The Chair summarized that the Board would anticipate from Cavo ssa the following: <br /> -PaYments trade to Town of Falmouth through Mr. Jack's office and all other <br /> correspondence to be seat to the Chair, to be forwarded to the Board <br /> -Insurance certificates and performance bond forwarded to the Chair's office by Monday <br /> -Site plan submitted showing improvements related to MSW <br /> -Copies of gate keys submitted to the Chair <br /> -Confirmation that local Fire Departments had been contacted regarding the lock box <br /> Mr, Cavossa.confirmed that Fire Safety walled through the building. lac`. Jack recommended <br /> that the code be provided to Falmouth, Sandwich and JBCC Fire Departments. It was confirmed <br /> that 6 000 was listed in the proposal for 2017 <br /> Mr. Jack inquired whether Bourne signed the contract. Mr. Barrett responded that the Selectmen <br /> had not yet reviewed the contract, but did not anticipate they would sign. it. Mr. Jack suggested <br /> that disbursement of the check should be considered.by Town Counsel, The Chair indicated that <br /> the Board needed to decide whether payment would be added to the capital account or disbursed <br /> to the towns. Mr. Jack suggested that if disbursed to the town, it should be quarterly. Mr. <br /> a.vossa noted that there were improvements at the site that could be needed in the future, such <br /> as the roof or sprinkler system. The Board would consider the matter further. There would be <br /> discussion with Counsel regarding Bourne's share of the fees. Mr. Barrett stated that Bourne had <br /> a share in the facility whether or not the contract was signed.
