Mr. Tilton seconded the <br /> motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Review of Additional Information for Proposals Received in Response to RFP for Reuse of <br /> the UCRTS <br /> Chairman Laurent confirmed that additional information requested from Recycling Solutions <br /> was received and distributed to Board members. Mr. Costello noted that it was at the discretion <br /> of the Board to determine whether the details provided were sufficient. No additional <br /> information was received from We Care Environmental, including the permitting schedule as <br /> well as financial information. Mr. Costello stated that if the Board determined that the missing <br /> information was material to the qualification criteria, it would be a basis for disqualification. <br /> There was consensus that the information missing was necessary for consideration. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Jack made a motion to disqualify We Care Environmental. Mr. Tilton <br /> seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> 1 <br />
