Motion seconded by Laurel Almquist. VOTE: Unanimous(3-0). <br /> a. Discussion of Draft Poultry Regulation. Mr. Harrington stated that he had done extensive work <br /> on the draft regulation just prior to,the meeting and, because the board did not have an <br /> opportunity to review those changes, he recommended the discussion be tabled to a future <br /> meeting. <br /> Mallory Langler moved to continue discussion of the Draft Poultry Regulation to the next meeting. <br /> Motion seconded by Laurel Almquist, VOTE: Unanimous(3-0). <br /> 5. Mr. <br /> Harrington commented that the previous owner of Absolutely Juiced had sold the establishment <br /> to a new owner, who wished to remain open without any lapse in operation. Mr. Harrington <br /> advised the board that a preliminary inspection had been performed by the Assistant Health <br /> Agent, with no critical violations noted. All required documents and payment had been <br /> submitted. -The new owner was present and indicated that there would be no changes to the <br /> menu or equipment at the establishment. Mr. Harrington recommended approval, pending a <br /> final inspection. <br /> Mallory Langler moved to approve the Food Service Establishment Permit for Absolutely Juiced, <br /> 6 North Street, pending a ficial inspection by the Assistant Health Agent. Request for Stable License, 836 Cotuit Road,Cast No Shadow, Mr. Harrington commented that <br /> the Animal Inspector received a complaint regarding this property and discovered that the stable <br /> was in operation,with a mobile trailer on-site that appeared to be used for habitation..Ms.Alycia <br /> Hammond operates the stable for the owner,Amy Richards,who resides in Florida. The Assistant <br /> Health Agent performed an initial and follow-up inspection. The mobile trailer is not being used <br /> for habitation and other required repairs have been made, The online application has been <br /> completed along with a $50 payment.
