Page 3 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes--Special Meeting <br /> August 8, 1996 <br /> M h ee mmons-Re ulato Review.Metin <br /> Fk <br /> rJ <br /> With regards to the signalization proposed in the area of Donna's Lane, <br /> E Mr.Vigneau indicated that the Massachusetts I-iighway Department <br /> rr approves the signalization profile. Mr. Storrs added that funds were <br /> allocated,but the State did not permit signalization for Donnas Lane. <br /> With <br /> respect to Job's FishingRoad, Mr. Storrs indicated that the 1985 <br /> agreement proposed a three lane roadway. At this time,the profile is not <br /> sensible, and does not fit the roadway. <br /> Mr.Fudala was directed by the Board to review the original document <br /> as proposed for Job's Fishing Road and related signalization in the area <br /> of Rte. 151. <br /> Selectman Caffyn also related concerns with respect to affordable stores <br /> for year round residents vs. exclusive shops. In response, Mr. Storrs <br /> indicated that he would like to provide a broad range of stores to benefit <br /> summer and year round residents. <br /> Mr. Storrs indicated that he will present the specifics of the master plan <br /> to the office of the Board of Selectmen for further review and <br /> disbursement. <br /> Mr.Vigneau recommended that Mr. Storrs submit the exact master plan <br /> as proposed to include the analysis of current zoning vs. proposed zoning, <br /> and related build out scenario; maximum vs. current zoning for the Town <br /> to review in conjunction with the land use component of the Local <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Mr. Storrs was directed to file a notice of project change with MEPA, <br /> submit the exact master plan proposal., and draft supplemental <br /> Environmental Impact Report as part of the initial review process. <br /> Town Meeting action in May of 1997 would then approve zoning changes <br /> in conjunction with the land use component of the LCP. The final EIR and <br /> DRI would be presented to MEPA and the CCC in a joint scope process. <br /> The Cape Cod Commission Would then jointly review the site plan as <br /> proposed with the Local Planning Board. Special permits are then issued as <br /> required by zoning after the he process has been held. <br /> Adjournment: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to adjourn at 11:55 a.m. <br /> �s� Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> YQTE: Unanimous. 4-0. ., <br /> � Kathleen M.
