It was noted that most of this traffic is notb enerated <br /> activities related to the Flea Marketg Y <br /> . <br /> It is important to realize that this is a four lane intersection indicated <br /> dicated <br /> Chief Przybylek who recommended the Board consider obstructing the <br /> inside lanes during the summer months until there is si nalization <br /> provided for this area. <br /> g <br /> p ea. <br /> It was noted that the Board of Appeals issues the Special Permit to <br /> P <br /> determine the number of police officers, and the Board of Selectmen make <br /> the final determination of those detail requirements. The original proposal <br /> wired three de �' P 1� <br /> required tail police officers noted Selectman Caffyn, <br /> Chief Przybylek indicated that he will address the intersection and the <br /> issue of safety with the Department of Public Works and MA Highway and return with a recommendation. <br /> DeveloDment Consultan Discussion: <br /> The Board reviewed the Mashpee Commons Consultant proposals <br /> relative to the RFP Comparative Evaluation Criteria as ranked in order <br /> of preference by the Executive Secretary and Town Planner. <br /> Mr.Whritenour indicated that at this time,there is no appearance of <br /> conflict. He suggested the Board approve the ranking to move forward <br /> with the opening of the price proposals. <br /> It was noted that the Board has the right to define specific proposal <br /> tasks in the Request for Proposal (RFP) as it relates to the Local <br /> Comprehensive Plan. (LCP) . <br />
