REAL ESTATE INVENTORY <br /> Mashpee Commons <br /> The Mashpee Commons parcel consists of 29.9 acres of land. This parcel is dedicated to <br /> the Mashpee Commons Master Plan approved under a Special Permit in 1986. The <br /> parcel is zoned C-1 and the Special Permit provides for up to 100 dwelling units in <br /> addition to the retail/office space allowed under G1 zoning. <br /> East Steeple Street (Route 28 East) <br /> This parcel consists of 19.55 acres of land in a triangular configuration. The parcel is <br /> bounded by Rt. 28, Great Neck Road South, and Donna's Lane. Itis presently zoned C- <br /> 1/SV (C-1 Shopping Village), The SV designation provides for 5% greater coverage and <br /> 1/2 story of 5' higher elevation. <br /> )ob's Fishing Road <br /> The Jobs Fishing Road parcels consist of 22.6 acres on both sides of the road. Jobs <br /> AU Fishing Road North is comprised of the land area between Jobs Fishing Road and the <br /> �,��, edge of the ring road serving as the boundary to the Mashpee Commons parcel. This <br /> parcel consists of 12.54 acres. The land on the south side of the road Gobs Fishing Road <br /> South) consists of 10.12 acres. Both parcels are zoned C-1. Both Jobs parcels have <br /> frontage on Route 28 as well as the length of the road. <br /> North Market Street (Route 151 North) <br /> This parcel is comprised of two parcels totaling 19.9 acres. The parcel's primary frontage <br /> is along Route 151. The parcel also has frontage along Great Neck Road North, and <br /> shares a northerly boundary with the Town parcel upon which the existing middle <br /> school, elementary school and Sandier Condominiums are situated. Theparcel is <br /> PP <br /> zoned G1, and has a Special Permit, granted in 1993, for Phase 1 of the North Market <br /> Street project, comprising 93,300 s.f. of retail, banks, restaurants, and offices. <br /> G� Whitings Road Residential <br /> y This 39.9 acre parcel is situated southwest of Jobs Fishing Road behind the church and <br /> {� the Elderly Housing. The parcel is zoned R-3 and R-5 residential. It has frontage on Jobs <br /> Fishing Road and Rt. 151. <br /> rout Pond <br /> This parcel is bounded by Great Neck Road south, Route 28, and the centerline of the <br /> power line easement. The entire parcel consists of j2.7 acres. Itis presently zoned C-1; � <br /> 6.8+ acres are open water or wetland comprising Trout Pond. <br /> Route 151 West <br /> This parcel consists of two lots totaling 2.46 acres with frontage along Route ljl. The <br /> parcel is located west of the land dedicated to the Town by Fields Point in front of the <br /> ' Fire and Police station. The lot nearest the fire station consists of 1.37 acres, and the <br /> western lot totals 1.09 acres; both are zoned C-1. <br />
