Further recommendations will follow in <br /> due course. <br /> The following categories of furniture and equipment, in the amounts as stated, were voted <br /> for acceptance by the Building Committee with the request that supply agreements should <br /> be entered into with the concerned vendors as soon as possible: <br /> 1. Sect. 114 Miscellaneous Teaching Aids $ 15,727.16 <br /> 2. Sect. 118 Science Department Equipment $1885509.50 <br /> 3. Sect. 123 Library Book Security System $ 10)300.00 <br /> Total recommendation,this package: $214,536.66 <br /> Details of each package are provided in the aforesaid letter from Tavares Design. when <br /> the draft contracts are ready for signature, they will be forwarded by Tavares Design <br /> Consultants to Chartwell, who will leave in the same to the Town Hall. <br /> I would be grateful if you would forward this recommendation to the Board of Selectmen <br /> and that you include the package on the agenda for the next meeting of the Board of <br /> Monday October 21, 1996. <br /> cc: Paul Griffin, Building Committee <br /> Ian Aitchison & Jim Byrne, Chartwell <br /> Dr. Lincoln DeMoura, Superintendent of Schools <br />
