Page 10 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> October 21, 1995 <br /> MMR ISSUES: <br /> Devel men f roundwater Monitorine Plan <br /> Mr. Whritenour recommended approval, and noted that Greg Taylor <br /> worked in conjunction with William Fisher to develop the <br /> Groundwater Monitoring Plan as outlined. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to approve the services <br /> of Woodard & Curran to develop a Groundwater Monitoring <br /> Plan as outlined for a sum not to exceed; $9,000, <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VQTE-.o Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Marsters offered to pursue remediation issues with <br /> Selectman Caffyn, and encouraged additional Board Members to <br /> actively participate in the implementation process on behalf of the <br /> Town of Mashpee. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Barnstable Pizza Pasta d821a.Finally Dino's-Extension of Premises: <br /> Selectman Costa re-opened the Public Hearing to obtain comment. <br /> Constantino Mitrokostas, Manager of the establishment was present <br /> to discuss the license application with the Board. As noted, the expansion <br /> of premises will provide juke box entertainment to patrons. <br /> There will be no capacity increase. Three pool tables, a dart board, and <br /> a juke box will be in effect during regular business hours, seven days <br /> per week informed Mr. Mitrokostas. <br /> Being no further comment, Selectman Costa requested a vote from the <br /> Board to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to close the Public Hearing, <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> VOLE1.• Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Caffyn asked if all taxes have been paid by the applicant? <br /> Mrs. Mason indicated that all necessary paperwork is in order for <br /> approval, and the payment of all taxes has been verified by the Treasurer/ <br /> Tax Collector. <br /> Discussion followed with respect to entertainment. It was noted that there <br /> will be no dancing or live entertainment at the subject establishment. <br />
