Article 31. <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning Bylaw by amending Subsection <br /> 174-25.I. as follows: <br /> In Subsection 174-25.I.(5) add after the words "similar to the <br /> aforementioned" the words "or the studio of a painter, sculptor or similar <br /> professional artist,"; <br /> In Subsections 174-25.I.(1), (2), (3) and (4) indicate that such uses are <br /> allowed by right in any land use district by adding the letter "Y" in the C-1, <br /> C-1-0, C-1-SV, C-2 and I-1 columns; <br /> In Subsections 174-25.I.(5) and (6) indicate that such uses are allowed, subject <br /> to Plan Review, in the I-1 district by placing the letters "PR" in the I-1 <br /> column; <br /> or take any other action relating thereof. <br /> Submitted by the Planning Board <br /> Explanation: This article adds artists' studios to the uses allowed as "customary <br /> home occupations," authorizes certain residential accessory uses in commercial <br /> and industrial districts and allows home occupations and contractor/artisan use of <br /> residential buildings in industrial districts. <br /> Motion to be made by Tony Ferragamo. <br /> Motion: I move Article 31 be voted as printed in the warrant, with the <br /> exception of the phrase, "or take any other action relating thereof'. <br /> . �I <br /> 32 <br />
