Article 36. <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Mashpee Code Chapter 174, the <br /> Zoning By-law to correct the title of the Waterways Commission as follows: <br /> Section 174-24, page 17427 <br /> Paragraph 4 - In the third and fourth lines, change the words <br /> "Waterways Committee" to "Waterways Commission" <br /> Paragraph 5 - In the 16th line, change the words "Waterways <br /> Committee" to "Waterways Commission" <br /> Section 174-25, page 17438 <br /> Change the words "Inland and Coastal Waterways Committee" to <br /> "Waterways Commission". <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen <br /> Explanation: These changes are needed to make the subject sections conform to <br /> the title contained in Chapter 5, Article XIII, of the Mashpee Code where Boards <br /> and Commissions are defined. The terms "Waterways Committee" and "Inland <br /> and Coastal Waterways Committee" do not appear in that section. One of the <br /> results is that plans affecting waterways are not being submitted to the Waterways <br /> Commission because there is no legal provision for it. <br /> Motion to be made by Nancy Caffyn. <br /> Motion: I move Article 36 be voted as printed in the warrant. <br /> e <br /> >.h <br /> 38 <br />
