The Variance of 116 ft. for a 150 ft. cell tower passed. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> 404 Monomoscoy Rd.: To review the draft covenant for the garage. <br /> Mr. Goldstein read the "Restrictive Covenants"into the record. Mr. Mendoza said that the <br /> Board asked for the applicant's attorney to meet and review this document with Town <br /> Counsel. He spoke to Town Counsel who agreed with the Board and their vote. <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion to approve the draft Declaration of Restrictive Covenant <br /> Draft for 404 Monomoscoy Road, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Mr. Gould, seconded. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer, yes, <br /> Mr. Blaisdell, yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush, yes. <br /> All were in favor to accept the Draft Covenant for 404 Monomoscoy. <br /> 11 <br />
