Recommendation <br /> The Planning& Construction Committee will vote on a recommendation for Change Order No. 7 <br /> at their meeting of March 7th <br /> Pros and Cons <br /> The general contractor is expected to complete all remaining punch list items by March 31, <br /> 2019. Acceptance of Change Order No. 7 will allow final completion of the project at that time <br /> and the OPM will be able to begin closeout of the project with the MSBA. <br /> The budgeted contingency for the project was $475;567. With Change Orders No. 1-7 and <br /> other miscellaneous construction costs outside of the general contractor scope, approximately <br /> 46%of this contingency will have been expended. <br />
