Note: The applicant seeks to make this location a 'flagship store.'They further indicated an <br /> intention to operate a manufacturing and cultivation facility on the neighboring property. <br /> Holistic Health Group—439 Nathan Ellis Highway(Route 151) <br /> • The committee recommends working with the Town and adjacent property owners on <br /> consolidation of curb cuts (Route 151 is Town-owned road) and that multiple curb cuts <br /> on the property will not be allowed. <br /> • Committee suggests seeking clarity on the applicant's intent on monitoring by <br /> appointment only rollout. <br /> • The Committee notes a second building on the property towards the front (former <br /> Coastal Cottage).
