Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Board Members William A. Blaisdell, Ronald <br /> Bonvie,Norman J. Gould, and Associate Member, Sharon Sangeleer were present. <br /> Chairman Furbush opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings were <br /> being televised live on Mashpee TV. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Chairman Furbush announced that Board Members, Scott Goldstein, and Associate <br /> Member Brad Pittsley were absent. There was no public comment from the audience. <br /> 42 Spoondrift Way: Owners, William M. and Christine Herbert request to reestablish a <br /> 2017 Variance (V-2017-01) that was granted for relief from the side yard setback under <br /> §174-31, and under §174-33 from water and wetlands to allow for construction of a <br /> detached garage on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 111 Parcel 127, <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> William and Christine Herbert represented themselves to reestablish a Variance that was <br /> issued back in 2017. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked the homeowners if there were any recent changes made to the plans. He <br /> also asked what the situation was with the Conservation Order of Conditions. Christine <br /> said nothing has changed on the plans,but they will need to also return to the Conservation <br /> Department because the Order of Conditions had also expired. <br /> Sharon read the Board of Health comments dated February 26, 2019 into the record. She <br /> read the Conservation Department comments dated February 22, 2019, stating that the <br /> homeowners need to submit a new Notice of Intent. Sharon also read the Inspection <br /> Department comments into the record. <br /> Mr. Furbush told the homeowners that they will need to comply with the Conservation and <br /> Board of Health Departments prior to submitting their proposal with the Building <br /> Department comments dated February 20, 2019 into the record. <br /> There were no more comments from the audience or Board. <br /> 1 <br />
