<br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion to approve 123 Shore Drive a Special Permit under §174-
<br /> 17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace a pre-existing non-conforming single family
<br /> structure on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, and the Popponesset Overlay
<br /> District, Map 117 Parcel 262, Mashpee, MA with the following conditions;
<br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special
<br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9.

<br /> situated within the 50 ft. buffer wetland resource area on property located in R-5 Zoning
<br /> District, Map 2 Parcel 18,Mashpee,MA.
<br /> Pam and Stephen Vandrimlen represented themselves for their renovation project
<br /> requesting a Variance with the 50 ft. buffer and they are not changing the footprint. They
<br /> are lifting the foundation, and renovating the first floor.
