MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> MARCH 13,2019 <br /> Mr.Mendoza said they are only requesting relief in the 50 ft.buffer. There are no new non- <br /> conformities. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell said that Conservation approved the project. <br /> Ms. Vandrimlen said they went to the Conservation meeting on February 28, 2019. <br /> Sharon read the Board of Health comments into the record. <br /> The Board mentioned to the homeowners to review the project with the Health Agent to <br /> confirm what inspections are required. This will be a condition read into the motion. <br /> Mr. Goldstein commented that with a raze and replace project, the Board of Health looks <br /> for a rodent inspection, asbestos inspection, and a possible oil tank that was buried. <br /> Jonathan read the Conservation and Inspection Department comments into the record. <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion to approve Stephen D. and Pamela J. VanDrimlen request <br /> for a Variance under§174-33 to allow for renovations of an existing single family structure <br /> situated within the 50 ft. buffer wetland resource area on property located in R-5 Zoning <br /> District, Map 2 Parcel 18,Mashpee, MA with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Variance <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 10. <br /> 2.
