The applicant is certified in the TAMS training course. <br /> Being no comment, the Board motioned as follows; <br /> Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes Selectman Cahalane,yes Selectman Gottlieb,yes <br /> Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Opposed, none <br /> Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to approve the application of ASZS Group,Inc. d/b/a <br /> Mashpee Mart, Zohaib Shahid, Manager for a new Seasonal All-Alcohol Beverage Package <br /> Store License at 44 Falmouth Road,Mashpee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes Selectman Cahalane,yes Selectman Gottlieb,yes <br /> Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Opposed, none <br /> DPW Director: <br /> Catherine Laurent, Director of Public Works updated the Board of Selectmen on the Route 151 <br /> re-construction project proposed from the Falmouth Town line to the Mashpee Rotary. With the <br /> completion of the design, the bid process is anticipated in the fall of 2020 with work scheduled <br /> for construction in 2021. Due to the scope of the project costs will be spread over a two year <br /> span. The project will include bike and pedestrian improvements. <br />
