Gottlieb, <br /> Selectman Thomas F, O'Hara, Selectman John J, Cotton <br /> Town Manager Rodney C, Collins <br /> Assistant Town Manager Wayne E, Taylor <br /> %bing Called to Or by Chairman Sherman at 6;30 p.m, <br /> Mashpee Town Hall,Waquoit MeetingRoom <br /> MINUTES <br /> Monday, January 7, 2019 Joint Meeting&Re Marg Session: <br /> Monday January 14, 2019 Joint Meeting <br /> Tuesday, January 15, 2019 Joint Meeting <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the minutes of Monday, January 7,2019 <br /> Joint Meeting & Regular Session,Monday,January 14,2019 Joint Meeting and Tuesday, <br /> January 15,2019 Joint Mecting as presented, <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton, <br /> VOTE; Unanimous 5-0, <br /> Roll Call Vote; <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes Selectman Cahalane,yes Selectman Gottlieb,yes <br /> Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Opposed, none <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> Public Comment; <br /> Teresa Ronhock voiced concern with regards to the proposed cell tower planned to be sited on Red <br /> Brook Road, Ms, Ronhock requested the Board uphold the rights of Town Meeting voting against <br /> the zoning bylaw amendment to include within the Wireless Facility Overlay District a parcel of <br /> Town-owned laud on Red Brook Road so that a proposed cell tower could be permitted on the <br /> property, Ms. Ronhock respectfully requested the Board uphold their responsibility and nullify the <br /> lease with Blue Sky Towers to build a 150' cell tower in a residcntial area as the property is not <br /> zoned for cell towers of that size, <br /> Nane Scannel echoed the concerns of Ms. Ronhock and expressed curiosity as to why the cell tower <br /> project has not been cancelled, Ms, Scannel made note of the Town's vision statement where <br /> Yashpee is, andshall remain, a small town community whose members choose to live in harmony <br /> with one another andwith nature, known for its leadership ability and creativity in educating and <br /> serving its residents, <br />
