<br /> Falmouth Road,Mashpee MA; Attorney Robert Mills:
<br /> The Board of Selectmen acting as the (licensing Authority for the Town of Mashpee opened the
<br /> Public Hearing by reading aloud the notice regarding the application of ASZS Group, Inc. Ala
<br /> Mashpee Mart,Zohaib Shahid, Manager, 44 Falmouth Road,Mashpee, for a Change of Manager,
<br /> Mr. Zohaib Shahid was in attendance with his representing attorney Robert Mills requesting the
<br /> Board approve the Change of Manager. For the past eight years Mr. Shahid has had experience in
<br /> this type of industry working at the Ye Olde Spirit Shop in Sagamore Beach and the 7-Eleven in
<br /> West Yarmouth, From 2016 to present Mr. Shahid has worked at the Mashpee Mart,Mashpee, MA.
<br /> Mr. Shahid has also completed course training, and holds a certificate in the Techniques of Alcohol
<br /> Management(TAM) course.
<br /> It was disclosed the building has been inspected for compliance. Being no comment,the Board of
<br /> Selectmen closed the Public Hearing,
<br /> Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to close the Public Hearing.
<br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane,
<br /> VOTE, Unanimous, 5.0,

<br /> In accordance with posting procedures the Hearing notice relative to the Change of Beneficial
<br /> Interest,ASZS Group, Inc, AlaMashpee mart,Zohaib Shahid, Manager 44 Falmouth Road,
<br /> Mashpee, MA was read aloud into the record,
<br /> Mr, Zohaib Shahid was present with his counsel Robert Mills to review Change of Beneficial
<br /> Interest request, It was disclosed that Mr, Shahid would retain 100%of ownership serving as
<br /> President, Treasurer, Secretary and Director, Being no comment,the Board motioned as follows,
<br /> Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to close the Public Hearing.
