<br /> The Board of Selectmen opened the Public Hearing on the application of ASZS Group,Inc, Ala
<br /> Mashpee Mart, Zohaib Shahid, Manager for a new Seasonal All-Alcohol Beverage Package Store
<br /> License, The establishment is located at 44 Falmouth Road, Mashpee,MA and consists of 1,320 sq.
<br /> fi, of retail space, 400 sq. A, of storage space,one restroom,two entrances and three exits. In
<br /> accordance with posting procedures, the hearing notice was read aloud into the record.
<br /> Attorney Robert Mills was in attendance with Zohaib Shahid, Manager to review the license request
<br /> with the Board of Selectmen. It was disclosed there is a deficiency in the manger section of the
<br /> license application, The corrected paperwork removing the typo was submitted to the Board of
<br /> Selectmen, It was reaffirmed Mr, Shahid is a stockholder in addition to being a director and operator
<br /> of the subject establishment. Being no public comment,the Board motioned as follows.
