Iat/long and bounds in feet Figure 2A. <br /> C;Size;Total area 1,0 avers equal to approximately 304,920 square feet. <br /> 0;Natural resources J Bottom sediment; No significant shellfish population exist in this area.The <br /> bottom is muck with very few resources. <br /> E, Buoys;Yellow buoys approximately 16 inches in diameter with the proper identification at all corners, <br /> Extra buoys will be added in the middle of lengths k 3, D,and E, figure 2B. <br /> F,Structures and Gear;Consists of cages, bags,anchors, rope,chain, and one 10'x 30'work barge, <br /> Cages will consist of vinyl coated wire mesh with 4'x4' and 3 x 5' dimensions. Bags will be nylon and/or <br /> plastic mesh approximately 2'x 3',A maximum number of 4000 mostly bottom cages not more than 18" <br /> of the bottom with the option of floating cages at a maximum of 10%of the grant area or 30,492 square <br /> feet of coverage as allowed by the Army Corps of Engineers. Figure I <br /> .6; Fill No fill will be added to the bottom of the proposed grant area, <br /> H;Species of Cultivation,Shellfish will be raised from seed to market size using mult�iple methods of <br /> grow out. On bottom and off bottom grow out will be implemented using grow out trays, bags, <br /> floatation gear,cages and an offsite approved land based upweller system,The goal is to cultivate 3 <br /> million oysters and 2 million quahogs, <br />
