On the Government Grant Review Committee, Chm, Thomas stated that Mr. George <br /> A, Benway was nominated and he is preparing the review, <br /> 7d On the memo from Wendy Rubin regarding beach vehicles, the Executive Secretay <br /> discussed the vehicles that might be auctioned. Board feels that the Recreation <br /> Director should explain to the Board what she intends to use to take the beach <br /> equipment to the beaches next Summer, Board request Executive Secretary send <br /> memo to Wendy Rubin on this matter, <br /> B, I Board discussed Clerk of works for the Senior Center, Chm, Thomas feels the <br /> Building Inspector or assistant Building Inspector should be the one to take <br /> care of this. Sel, Garland stated that Mr. Don Priestly has volunteered hist; <br /> time. Sel. Garland suggest the Building Inspector be asked if he can handle <br /> this with all his other work. If he cannot the Board will come up with an <br /> other decision. <br /> 10 . ) Executive Secretary stated that he received a call from one of the unsuccessful <br /> dump contrators. He stated that he discussed the bond for the present contractor <br /> he wants to know how long the Board will wait for the bond.
