BOX 1 108 <br /> MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES : February 20, 1985 <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT : Richard Dubin, Earle Nlarsters , Michele Stone , <br /> Richardson Jonas <br /> MEMBERS ABSENT : Harold Collins <br /> ALSO PRESENT : Tom Fudala, Town Planner <br /> CONSULTING ENGINEER : Charles L. Rowley <br /> TIME : 8 : 05 PM <br /> Atty. Ditami , representing Bayview Builders , came before the Board <br /> regarding Santuit Woods Section C . They discussed the construction of <br /> the roads . <br /> Atty. Ditami said there had been a communication problem with Mr. <br /> Rowley and the inspections . Mr.Rowley said he cooperated in every <br /> instance . Mr. Rowley said he spoke to Chris Costa most of the time . <br /> He said he also didn't know if the deficiencies were taken care of <br /> since it 's been paved over. It was agreed Mr. Rowley would do one more <br /> inspection and bill them directly for it . Atty. Ditami said he would <br /> like his engineer present at the time and Mr. Rowley said he had no <br /> problem with this . <br /> They discussed how much notice Mr. Rowley should be given and Mr. <br /> Rowley said he requests 48 hours . It was agreed upon. <br /> Atty. Ditami presented a preliminary plan of the proposed entrance <br /> change to the development . They gave an easement on Cotuit®Sandwich <br /> Rd . as it 's a deeded easement . <br /> Mr. Virgilio wasn;t happy with the fact of 2 entrances , and neither <br /> was the Board, but they did agree they liked the new road better. The <br /> Board felt they should approach the people and offer them rights on <br /> the new road if they sign off for the old road . Atty. Ditami asked if <br /> they should go ahead with the final plan and the Board agreed . The <br /> Board kept one copy. <br /> Atty. Ditami said he wanted a release of covenant on some of the lots . <br /> Mr. Dubin told him Mr. Rowley would have to make an inspection to see <br /> what the bond figure would be suitable . Atty. Ditami asked if they <br /> accepted mortgages on the property. The Board said they don't . Mr. <br /> Dubin said they will take an irrevocable letter of credit . <br />
