Ditami asked if the road could be done in phases and Mr. Dubin <br /> said he could . Mr. Marsters said it was his responsibility to produce <br /> an estimate and Mr. Rowley will review it and make the bond 150% more . <br /> The Board placed Atty. Ditami on the agenda for March 6 at which time <br /> Mrs . Greenberg will be present to discuss her concerns . <br /> Atty. Kirrane appeared for Daniel Hostetter on an Approval Not Required <br /> plan which he submitted on February 6. Mr. Rowley said the plan combined <br /> separate parcels under different ownerships into 1 lot . The definition <br /> says 1 owner and defitine boundaries . Atty. Kirrane said he 's still in <br /> the process of obtaining authorization letters to the applicant from the <br /> owners . <br /> Mr. Dubin said since the time has run out and the Board has to act on it , <br /> he asked if Atty. Kirrane would like to withdraw it . Atty. He will submit the check in the mail . Mr. Marsters <br /> said he would have to put a note that the lot on Great Hay Rd. is not <br /> to be considered a buildable lot until Great Hay Rd . is brought up to <br /> standard . Mr. Wilson agreed . <br /> Mr. Wilson said the Board of Health has seen the plans . Mr. Marsters <br /> asked him to bring a stamped plan from them to the public hearing. <br /> The Board set up the public hearing date for April 3 . Mr. Wilson took <br /> back all the plans to make the revisions and will bring them back with <br /> the money. <br /> Edward Grogan returned with a revised preliminary plan on Meetinghouse Rd. <br /> Mr. Jonas abstained . <br /> Mr. Grogan had combined lots 4,5 & 7 to get 2 lots , but he didn't change <br /> -the location of the roads . They modified the size of the cul-de-sac <br /> from 80 to 120. Mr. Dubin said the lots between 2 roads and cuts are <br /> still not rectified . <br />
