The Board agreed but <br /> said this would be the last continuation, <br /> Pr . Dubin opened the public hearing on the relocation of jehu Pond Road. <br /> as submitted by D .S . A B . wealty . George Eenway, representing the <br /> applicant , said this was for a technical reason as discussed before , <br /> because it was determined that the units would lay closer. than 50of <br /> the original layout . He said the change would allow 2 units to be built <br /> there and would not change the right of way or cart path that leads there , <br /> He said it 's a paper road and it 's not anticipated to be built or paved , <br /> An attorney representing the Uarlsons , who are abutters , said they were <br /> never notified of the public hearing , Me said their property was formerly <br /> the Hughes ' property but the Carlson have been paying taxes for a period <br /> of Lime , it was noted that the Hayes were notified as they were listed <br /> as owner on the Assessor 's map, <br /> Ir . Dubin said the Board will the Carlson time to consider a responBe and <br /> the Board won 't take a vote tonight , <br /> The attorney disagreed with No. Benway in that relocating the road won ' t <br /> alter the access to the Carlsons ' cottage . He said the intent of the <br /> original owner was that the road would come straight in, and now to shuffle <br /> the road would be a problem to the Carlsons and to whoever else may own <br /> the cottage after that , <br /> Mt. Denway said they get their access through a right of way and not all <br /> approved paved road , The attorney said thy right of way is what was layed <br /> out at the time of the subdivision that was submitted in 1962 . Tt leads <br /> dirpotly to what is now the Carlson property and there 's been no deviation <br />
