Mr. Schmidt made a motion, seconded by Ms. Bartlett to approve the minutes of 1/16/2019, as written. Roll Call Vote: In favor- Mr. Myers, Ms. Bartlett, Mr. Schmidt and Mr. Santos; opposed - none. 6. SY 19-20 Homeroom Assignments-Principal LaBelle & Principal O'Brien Mrs. DeBoer updated the Committee on the change to the end of the year homeroom assignment notifications, previously on the student's last report card. Going forward notification of homeroom assignments will be sent to families by md-August. This change pertains to the elementary level only. 7. Public Comment None 8. Report of the Superintendent • Administrator Reports Along with the Special Education and Athletic Directors' reports, Mrs, DeBoer reviewed the Principals' reports with the Committee. • Portrait of a Graduate-update Mrs. DeBoer updated the Committee on the first meeting of the working group. which was held February 1, .2019. • Superintendent-Update on FY19 goals/action steps Mrs. DeBoer presented a mid year update on FY19 goals/action steps. • Published article-Suzy Brooks Kudos to Suzy Brooks for having her article published in the tech learning publication. • Anti-vaping poster contest Mrs. DeBoer spoke about the anti-vaping poster contest. • Correspondence Mrs. DeBoer reviewed the correspondence with the Committee. 9. Report of the Business Manager • FY 19 budget update Mr. Funk reviewed the FY19 budget with the Committee. • *Budget Transfer request No transfers this month. • 4-year Budget Plan Discussed previously.in the meeting. 10.
