Mr. Harrington commented that he had <br /> not received any response from the Cannabis Control Commission regarding the required number <br /> of inspections. He stated that Town Counsel had said the required number of inspections came <br /> from the MAHB,but that they are not an enforcement or regulatory authority,and Mr. Harrington <br /> could not find any reference in the state code as to the required number of inspections.
