2. Sign Expense Warrants. Board members signed the expense warrants. <br /> 3. Review and approval of amendment to the Tobacco Sales Regulation. Mr. Harrington <br /> commented that,when the board approved the cap of existing tobacco sales permits,one tobacco <br /> permit was overlooked at the staff level. Finally Dino's has had a tobacco sales permit consistently <br /> for a number of years and his brings the total to 19, not 18. <br /> There being no further discussion or questions, Mallory Langler moved to approve the <br /> amendment to the Tobacco Sales Regulation raising the cap on the number of permits from 18 to <br /> 19. Motion seconded by Laurel Almquist, VOTE: Unanimous(3-0). <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> NEXT MEETING <br /> The next meeting of the Board of Health was scheduled for Thursday, March 7,2019, at 7:00 PM. <br /> There being no further business, Mallory Langler moved to adjourn the Public Session Meeting of the <br /> Board of Health at 8:32 PM.
