SHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> MARCH 27,2019 <br /> 25 Jackbon Road: Owners, Edward C. and Sandra A. Phillips request a Written Finding <br /> under §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a sun room and attached <br /> two car garage with family room above on property located in an R-3 Zoning District,Map <br /> 90 Parcel 52, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Mr. Ben Thomas, Coastal Life Companies representing the Phillips family. The project <br /> consists of a sun room with a two car garage with family room above. The current setback <br /> from the house is 39.5 ft. and is short .7 ft. from the front setback. The proposed structure <br /> will be 42 ft. from the front. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked if he will be creating any new non-conformities or expanding it. Mr. <br /> Thomas said; no. <br /> Mr. Thomas said they will be slightly shifting the driveway. The rear setback is 103.4 ft. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked if the garage structure will include a bathroom, family room, and <br /> bedroom, and complies with the Board of Health regulations. <br /> Mr. Furbush polled the members asking if they had any-issues. There were no issues form <br /> the Board. <br /> Mr. Furbush read the Board of Health comments into the record. Mr. Blaisdell read the <br /> Conservation comments into the record. Sharon read the Inspection Department comments <br /> into the record. <br /> Mr. Furbush read the DPW comments into the record that there needs to be drywells <br /> installed for storm water runoff to be contained on the property. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Written Finding to Edward C. and Sandra A. Phillips <br /> under §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a sun room and attached <br /> two car garage with family room above on property located in an R-3 Zoning District,Map <br /> 90 Parcel 52, Mashpee, MA. <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2.
