ASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> ETING MINUTES <br /> MARCH 27,2019 <br /> Plan, Addition,Existing House, Section BB 12' x 16' 4 Season Room, Section AA <br /> —Garage w/Live Load Above(24'), Sheet A-3: Foundation and Roof Framing. <br /> 4. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record. <br /> 5. Conditioned upon the applicant applying and obtaining DPW approval for any and <br /> all permits including but not limited to a curb cut permit. Once the plan is amended <br /> to include all and any requirements the DPW submitted to the Building Inspector <br /> and this Board including the dry wells prior seeking a building permit. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> 162 Whippoorwill Circle: Tom O'Neil requests discussion with Board regarding a <br /> change to originally approved plan (Decision V-2018-43). Board to determine if it's a <br /> major or minor modification. <br /> Tom O'Neil submitted a certified plot plan to the building inspector who noticed that one <br /> of the footings was part of the crawl space rather than on the side of the screened porch. <br /> Originally,the screened porch was to be on sono tubes.Tom said they installed a 4 ft.crawl <br /> space and it is not on sono tubes, it's a foundation. It's opened with flood vents to break <br /> away. The Board reviewed the plans and asked about the flow velocity. Tom said he <br /> submitted an elevation certificate that required the breakaway and smart vents. The Board <br /> noticed that the distance from the lot line on the originally approved plan was 35.6 ft. to <br /> the screened porch, and the changed revised plan depicted 33.5 ft. It was 2 ft. closer to the <br /> lot line. Tom said he changed engineers, and made the deck and screened porch smaller. <br /> The Board would like a revised plan that should shows the lot coverage and changes. Tom <br /> said he will submit a revised plan as requested and for Jonathan to stamp. <br /> Approve March 13,2019 Meeting Minutes <br /> Sharon moved to approve the meeting minutes. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell seconded,yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush,yes <br /> Sharon,yes. <br /> Mr. Bonvie abstained. <br /> Sharon made a motion to adjourn. All were in favor to adjourn.
