The Director distributed the Activity Coordinator's Report for the month of February. Her <br /> report outlined several activities highlighting the Chocolate Demonstration and <br /> Valentines' Concert. She also noted in February programs such as Meditation, Poetry <br /> Reading and Digital Photography were introduced. She is currently scheduling a variety <br /> of activities and programs such as Navigating Public Housing, Destinations and <br /> Desserts and an indoor picnic including K9 Gunner's Retirement Party to be held on <br /> March 19 at 10:00 a.m. The Chair suggested inviting the Activity Coordinator into the <br /> April meeting. <br /> Motion: Marijo Gorney moved to accept the Activity Coordinator Report, <br /> seconded by Norah McCormick. Vote 4-0 <br /> COA Board Vacancy Interest <br /> The Director stated a candidate is interested in being on the COA and she will be <br /> attending the April meeting. She reviewed the interview process with the COA <br /> members. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Healthy Aging Cape Cod <br /> The Director reviewed Age Friendly Massachusetts and also Healthy Aging Cape Cod. <br /> She stated the surveys were submitted to Barnstable County Health and Human <br /> Services and the checklist is complete. She reviewed some of the questions and <br /> thanked all who assisted her. <br /> Motion: Marijo Gorney moved to adjourn, seconded by Jean Noussee.
