Motion: Marijo Gorney moved to accept the Director's Report, seconded by <br /> Norah McCormick. Vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> Treasurer's Report <br /> The Director distributed the Treasurer's Report for the month of February and reviewed <br /> the operating numbers with the members. <br /> Motion: Jean Noussee moved to accept the Treasurer's Report, seconded by <br /> Norah McCormick. Vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> Outreach Coordinator's Report <br /> Lauren Haddad, the Outreach Coordinator, distributed her report for the month of <br /> February. She reviewed the home, office and telephone calls with seniors who needed <br /> assistance with transportation, financial resources, homecare services and resources <br /> and activities provided by the Senior Center. <br /> The Outreach Coordinator noted the Brown Bag Program is held on the first Friday of <br /> every month and there were 23 participants and 5 volunteers. <br /> The Outreach Coordinator reviewed the meetings she attended and stated she <br /> continues to meet with the Victim Advocate/Special Police Officer from the Mashpee <br /> Police Department. She stated they also issued a newscast,with Mashpee TV <br /> discussing our Reaching Seniors Team. <br /> Motion: Jean Noussee moved to accept the Outreach Coordinator Report, <br /> seconded by Norah McCormick. Vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> Volunteer and Program Support Coordinator's Report <br /> No report—The new Volunteer and Program Support Coordinator was present and <br /> noted she will have a written report next month. She stated she is working with and <br /> interviewing volunteers, learning the newsletter process, and worked on the newcomers' <br /> reception. She is also working with the Director on Volunteer Week and the Annual <br /> Volunteer Event.
