Mash Weiays Co'Mmiffee Meeting Minute <br /> January 11, 2011 Meeting <br /> The Meeting was wed to order by Chdrman Ken Bates at 9:0 AM to Mwfing Room <br /> 3, Ma hpee Town Hail. <br /> Present were:Ken Bates,Bill Taylor,Perry Elis,Tim LwAbarrt,Pam ammit to and <br /> Steve P hard <br /> Absent: Al oriel <br /> Also in attendance: Rick York-SheU ish-Constable,LL.Read of the Mashpee Police <br /> Department,Richard Cook,Mike e Richardson <br /> notion to approve the meeting minutes of the December 14,2011 meeting was made <br /> by Bill Taylor,2 d Paul Zammitto and unanimously approved. <br /> Committee Roqmts <br /> carbo rs deport: Perry Elm reported that all patrol boats were ort of the water. <br /> Area lee appears and then melts. All has been quiet as mal <br /> ,Shellfish Constable Report. She h Constable Rick York reported that most areas were <br /> ice at the time of the meeting,but ice cones and goes with the weather. Oystering and <br /> uahogging are continuing. The big story of 2010 was that the exceptional clear spy <br /> weather caused record high water temperatures. The high water temps are.believed to be <br /> the reason for ffie moftaty of the majority of the soft-shell erns last summer. <br /> W uoit Bay- Perry Ellis reported that all has been quiet <br /> pponesset Bay: Tim Leedham reported that all has been quiet. Ice'`comes and-goes' <br /> Mashp -Waeby:Bill Taylor reported that there were no meetings held in member, <br /> and none have.been set fbr January. <br /> 'Fater Qom * Steve Pinard reported that there had been no meetings or other action <br /> dung the month. <br /> Barnstable Conn Coastal Resources Committee: no report <br /> .Sewer Committee UjLdate : no report <br /> Public.Access V24ate : no report <br /> Waterwaippnvementys L Plan and Dred ' Ken Bates reported that the dredge project <br /> for the 191 'Channel has been completed successfully. Save the Bay organization has <br /> posted pictures on their website of the completed project. <br />
