Mashpee Waterways Commission August 10, <br /> Minutes <br /> The August 10, 2010 meeting of the Mashpee waterways Commission was called to <br /> order at 9:30 AM by Chairman Ken Bates <br /> Present were: Iden Bates, Perry Ellis, Bill Taylor, Steve Pinard <br /> Also in attendance: Rick York, Shellfish Constable, Steven Mone, Harbormaster <br /> volunteer, Stephen Lempitski, President, Pirates Cove Beach Association <br /> Absent were: Al wic el, Tiny Lee ha , Paull Zammito. <br /> A Motion to approve the Minutes of past meeting, as amended, was made by Steve <br /> Pinard, seconded by Bill Taylor, and unanimously approved <br /> Committee Reports: <br /> : <br /> Shellfish Report: Rick York stated that water temperatures are remaining high, with soft <br /> shell clans dying off, however the quahogs are thriving in all areas. There is much enthusiasm among all volunteers and this is reflected <br /> by all.
