Review of Minutes—The minutes from 7 February 2006 were reviewed. Bill Taylor moved <br /> to accept the minutes as corrected. Paul Lumsden seconded the motion. The motion <br /> carried. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. r --Perry Ellis + The Popponesset Bay dredging is done, oerwash areas <br /> and around the stairs off Wading Place Road Have been nourished. Things are on schedule,and i <br /> the weather warms up as advertised on Saturday, he will paint the bottom of one of the boats. <br /> He is getting 6 new buoys instead of 10 as planned. <br /> 2. &tUfi&CWg&bkRe_ —Rick York -Water quality is good;the State's bacteria count is <br /> lo . New shellfish licenses are available at the Ton Clerk's office, and can be used as soon as <br /> purchased. Oysters are holding up well, and he is moving trays to the Ma hpee neck area and <br /> expects they will last the rest of the season. <br /> 3. Committee Reports <br /> Fresh Water—William Taylor-Mashpee Wakeby Lake Management Committee—Bill <br /> reported here was no quorurn. <br /> Popponesset Bay— Gerald Daly - Tim Leedham reported that the situation remains suns quo. <br /> Wa u it Bay Area—Jinn Hanks-Jing hanks reported that there had been more ice the hast <br /> week than most of the sinter, and that a shell fisherman had broken up the ice by the Great River <br /> beat ramp to get out and fish. <br /> Page I of 3 <br />
