y <br /> County Dredge Advisory Meeting—William Taylor-Bill reported that there was no meeting <br /> WaterwaysBy-laws and Regulations—Jim Hanks -Jing reported here are no changes <br /> Water Quality Update—Jim Hanks <br /> The contract for water sampling is in the queue to be processed. <br /> There was a meeting of the Pilot Project where Lealdon Langley, Director of wetlands and <br /> Waterways Program, spoke regarding pernitting issues pertaining to mitigating water duality <br /> problems. Ed Baker brought up the fact that the table that prohibited sidecasting of anything but <br /> good clean sand is gone from the-proposed changes to 314CMR9. He also proposed restoring <br /> fringing wetlands as a means of disposing of the Mashpee River dredged material and improving <br /> water quality. <br /> . Sewer Commission Citizens Advisory Committee—Paul Lumsden-No meeting <br /> .Barnstable County Coastal Resources Conunittee Update—Gerald Dalv -Ido meeting <br /> . waterways In prover ent Plan and red in Perin s—Jim Harks <br /> Mashpee River Dredge Project—Jim Hanks reported that he had drawn in the channel <br /> configuration on the Mashpee River, and that he had revised the planned island shape to be large <br /> enough for the dredged material.
