BiR Taylor seconded the motion. The motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Hatbaumqu& --berry Ellis - Mooring bills are out and the returns have been fantastic. <br /> 1 here are fewer changes in boats,and the few are downsized. Perry reported some serous ice 1 <br /> forming in the bays, and one piling in Hamblin Pond is liffing. All Harbormaster boats are o f <br /> and winterized, and Perry has ordered new bottom paint, The pace has risen to $70 per gallon, <br /> supposedly because here is a biocide in the paint that keeps plants and slime off too. So, <br /> everything is on schedule* <br /> 2. &==—Rick York - <br /> Operations-There are still some scallops in Wage it Bay, A few people have been out to get a <br /> meal. As usual,there are plenty of quahogs and some soft-shell clams for digging year-round and <br /> Mashpee Meek.Landing is open for oysering until to the end of March. <br /> Propagation"Quahog seed planted. 'here were excellent photos of AmeriCorps working on <br /> oyster seed in the Mashpee River nth Rick Nov. 27 n pages I and 7 of the Dec. I NWhpee <br /> Enterprise.
