Jinn explained what some <br /> o the concerns were and why, in our opinion, they were unfounded. <br /> Jim distributed copies of the Certificate of the Secretary of Environmental fairs <br /> on the Environmental Notification Form to all commission members. Also <br /> ditr'butd was a copy of a letter from Ed Baker to Bob Durand, the secretary of the <br /> EDEA regarding the Mashpee Environmental Coalition'supp ort and approval of <br /> the channel dredging of the Mashpee River with no requirement for a detailed <br /> Environmental Impact Report. (E . This was followed by a general discussion <br /> among commission members. <br /> Funding for Dredging <br /> 'Dere is nothing new to discuss on this subject at the present time. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. Correspondence—Ji Hanks. Jim went over itemized correspondence with <br /> commission members, discussing various letters as members reviewed then. <br /> Incoming: <br /> oA <br /> 22 Jure 2001, Certificate of the Secretary of Environmental Affairs- Mashpee River <br /> NF—Project does not rewire EIR.
