Y <br /> F <br /> t <br /> Jinn Minks shared a great picture of a boat in waquoit Bay that he was able to <br /> capture with his camcorder and then transfer to the computer and print out. Mr. <br /> Hanks reports that while there is nothing new happening on the bay to report there <br /> certainly is a lot of activity of. late on the water. <br /> County Dredge Advisory Committee—William Taylor. <br /> Mr. Taylor reported that there was no Advisory Committee meeting held in the last <br /> month so there is nothing new to report, <br /> WaterwaysBy-laws and Regulations—Jim Hanks. <br /> Mr. Hanks reports that the new"B ating in Mashpee"' brochure regarding Rules and <br /> Regulations is presently being worked on. ,lim had made some minor charges in <br /> draft formg, which he seat to John Swart baugh for input and review. Jim <br /> distributed copies of the old brochures so that members night make the proposed <br /> changes on their individual copies. There were several changes including noting <br /> that Mashpee/Wakeby Lake is the exception to the rules goveming the personal <br /> watercraft being prohibited after the hours of -00 p.m. Harbormaster, Terry Elli's <br /> suggested that we look into constructing a pamphlet to apply solely to the <br /> Mashpee wakeby Lake. <br /> Terry also made the comment that we can no longer use the term"Jet Skiing" as � <br /> that name is a registered trademark of Kawasaki. The term."'Personal watercraft" <br /> will creed to be used in its place. Perry also added that under the heading <br /> mooring '% the winter buoys must be removed by May 31, not May Is.
