IJ) BUSINESS 1. Harbormaster Report - Perry Ellis. Perry reported he is getting a new Harbormaster boat, a 22-foot Blue Fin that has a dry weight of 3000 lbs. , and a 150 Horsepower Mercury Engine. The Eastern will bedome a world oat, of the navigation aids and other gear are in. They are working with Bosun' s Marine to provide pumpout service in Popponesset Bay.
