rt <br /> Wa uolt Bay — Jim Hanks. <br /> Jim Hanks reported that Waquoit Bay has gotten very bus~ ,- and <br /> that the level of patrol effort had been low for budgetary <br /> reasons, but that now they are patrolling every weekend,. <br /> County Dredge Advisory Meting -- William Taylor, <br /> Bill reported that there was no meeting held. <br /> Waterways By-laws and Regulations - Jim E6-mks. <br /> There is nothing new to report. <br /> Water Quality - Jim Hanks. <br /> Jim Hanks said there had leen a water sampling training-- meeting <br /> and that with Waquoit Bay now included there are 30 s-ites< to, be <br /> sampled. He said he is pulling together the list of bottles _ <br /> needed and working on the schedule. The only firm sohl is <br /> a start date of 13 June. Herb silver expressed concern that <br /> the Research vessel is not in the water yet, and -i - Hanks <br /> assured him that we would work on it, but it would splash in <br /> time even if not completely finished. Herb silver suggested <br /> that the bat could be put on a mooring near his dock pending <br /> his getting the dock re-installed. Jim agreed to ask Pear <br /> about the feasibility of doing that. <br /> 4 . Natural Resources Management Committee - Paul Lug den. <br /> Paul reported there was a meeting. On behalf of Paul, Ed- Baker <br /> reported that the main topic of discussion was putting together <br /> a package on Public Access as called for. in the Laval <br /> Comprehensive Plan. 3 sites on Mnomoscoy Island are being <br /> considered. The intent is to put together a comprehensive <br /> package listing all of thea. <br /> The second activity is to put together a Natural Resource <br /> Catalog put together like a Te} - site with- the resources- gud <br /> as elements, such as surface water bodies, coastal water <br /> bodies, wetlands, and shellfish, etc, <br /> They are also sending a letter to the Conservation Commission <br /> requesting that a new member be appointed by Conservati-on to <br /> fill the vacancy created by Diane ret ' resignation. <br /> . Sewer Commission Citizens Advisory Committee - Paul Lumsden. <br /> There was no meeting held during the past month. <br />
