He also reported that Perry had sandbags ordered and offered to help fix <br /> it. overflow has already occurred i1" the northern part where it overflowed into the bog <br /> system and damaged it. <br /> oponesset Bay—Herb Silver <br /> Gerry Daly staled that it was very quiet, but he had seen someone in Popponesset Bary <br /> boating, and although the motor was nmni .g Brough,he made it back to the llashpee Deck <br /> Marina. <br /> Waquoit Bay—Jim Hanks <br /> Jim reported a similar quite situation for Waquoit Bay with a few Duck Hunters and <br /> Commercial Shell-fishermen to be seen. There isn't too much ice yet. <br /> County Dredge Advisory Meeting--William Taylor <br /> Bill 'Taylor reported that there was no meeting. <br /> WaterwaysBy-laws and Regulations—Jim Hanks <br /> `here is nothing new to report, but we need to update the Bylaws to reflect the changes in <br /> regulations pertaining to personal watercraft on llashpee-Wakeby Lake. <br /> Nater Quality—Jim blanks <br /> Jim reported that he had found a copy of the tasking lever from Joyce to SMAST for <br /> analyzing five samples on five occasionm" 2002. He is working to get the contract finalized <br /> so we can get an invoice from S AST. He also mentioned we need to put in an article to <br /> fund sampling 29 sites in l ppones et Bay and Waquoit Bay 5 Mmes in 2003. The issue of <br /> the lack of funds this year was discussed. Jerry Daly moved that we submit the article <br /> anyway, John Swart haugh seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously. <br /> .
